Main Application
This series is designed for dyeing fabric in medium or small batches, suitable for woven and knitting fabric made of cotton and chemical fiber. It is characterized with low bath ratio, low energy consumption and shorter process time. It can help tol take record for lots of dyeing formulas. Liquor ratio similar to large batch dyeing machine, the dyeing recipe can be applied directly without further adjustment. It is the equipment in preference for developing new dyeing recipe and dyeing technology.

·  Heating rate: 5℃/min in average within the range of 20℃~100℃, 2.5℃/ min in average within the range of 100℃~135℃ (the average pressure of dry saturated steam is 0.7Mpa)

·  Cooling rate: 2.5℃/min in average within the range of 135℃~60℃(the cooling water is at 0.3Mpa, 25℃)
